I had a really lovely experience at the Shirley Road Post Office. I came in needing a bit of help and wasn’t entirely sure what I was doing, but the staff were so kind, patient, and genuinely understanding. They took the time to guide me through everything without making me feel rushed. Thank you for making something that could’ve been stressful feel so easy.

The staff here are very friendly and helpful. They are fairly quick and efficient. Also they never mind what sizes of parcels you take unlike other post offices. I often visit 3 to 4 times a week and the guys there are great. Also my parcels get collected same day across all the different companies and get delivered very fast. 5****

Highly recommended for the customer service provided by this post office. They have many times come out from the counter side to help with large parcel and also guided me on cheapest way to send a parcel.
